I set up This is Growth to offer the kind of e-commerce support I wish I’d had: commercially minded, practical, and personal.

Why I Started This is GrowthAfter over 12 years as a retail buyer, I’d seen the power of smart strategy, commercial thinking, and strong execution firsthand.
I worked with global brands, developed products with Far East factories, and managed multi million pound categories, but something was missing.
I ran my own product business for a while, too. That’s where the fire came from. I felt the pressure, the isolation, the decision fatigue. And I saw how little real support existed for small product based brands trying to scale sustainably.
So I left corporate in 2017, after having my second child, and finally backed myself. This is Growth was born from a desire for more: more flexibility, more freedom, and more impact, and it's grown into a consultancy that helps founders build businesses they can actually feel proud of.
